1 (3-ounce) package apricot-flavored gelatin |

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water stir in dates. Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white. Fold in dates, pears, apples and walnuts. Pour into a lightly oiled 4-cup mold cover and chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce leaves, if desired serve with Ginger Dressing. Yield: 6 servings. Ginger Dressing 1/3 cup mayonnaise Yield: 2/3 cup. |
