Sweet Potato Casserole

 

3 cups mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup raisins

TOPPING:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup butter

 

Mix first six ingredients together and spoon into a buttered casserole. Mix topping ingredients together until crumbly and sprinkle over potato casserole.

Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 35 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 Servings
