Poach chicken breasts in simmering water until cooked Broccoli should be crunchy. Set aside. Mix together onion, dill, lemon juice, mayonnaise, sour cream and salt and pepper. Remove meat from cooled chicken breasts. Cut into bite size pieces. Add broccoli to chicken and toss all together with dressing. Chill salad and serve on bed of lettuce. Makes 8 to 10 servings. |
