General Shipping and Product Information:
We ship to all 50 states via United Parcel Service from our location in Colts Neck, New Jersey.

UPS requires a street address for delivery and will not deliver to PO Boxes.

During the holiday season or other especially busy times, order processing time may be delayed a day.

If you are shipping Monday through Thursday to New Jersey, Southern New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Delaware, Washington DC, Eastern Maryland and Eastern Pennsylvania UPS Ground will delivery the package in 1-2 days after it has been shipped. UPS Next Day or 2nd Day shipping is not necessary. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-800-624-1893.

Packages shipping Friday via UPS Ground  will arrive on Monday or Tuesday.

We can ship via UPS Overnight on Friday for Saturday delivery to most areas. Please call us at 1-800-624-1893 before 1:00 pm ET to place your order.

To assure on time delivery, please order early to allow sufficient time for your order to be processed and shipped.

Because of state regulations, fruit cannot be shipped to Arizona, California or Hawaii.

If UPS believes the delivery address is safe, they will leave the package without a signature. You may want to notify your recipient a package is being delivered.

Perishable Items:
Ground Shipping:
Depending on its destination, perishable items can ship Monday through Thursday via UPS Ground. Orders must be received before 2:00 pm ET. 

If you are shipping to New Jersey, Southern New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Delaware, Washington DC, Eastern Maryland and Eastern Pennsylvania UPS Ground will delivery the package in 1-2 days after it has been shipped. Second Day Shipping:
All perishable items shipping to states west of Wisconsin, Illinois, Tennessee and Alabama require UPS Second Day. These packages can ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders must be received before 2:00 pm ET. Orders received after 2:00 pm on Wednesday through Sunday will ship on Monday.

UPS Second Day shipping is also required from mid-May through October 1st for all perishable items shipping to  Alabama and Florida. These packages can ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders must be received before 2:00 pm ET.

Next Day Shipping:
Next Day Shipping is available for all items.

Perishable packages can ship on Friday by UPS Next Day to arrive on Saturday. Please call us at 1-800-624-1893 for current shipping charges and to place your order. Next Day/Overnight shipping charges plus $10.00 will be charged. Orders must be received before 1:00 pm ET on Friday for Saturday delivery.

Non Perishable Items:
Shipping of all non perishable items can be done Monday through Friday. If Saturday delivery is required, the items must be shipped on Friday via UPS Next Day. 

Frozen Items:
Frozen items, including our pies, must ship in an insulated styrofoam box with ice packs and require a $15.00 per box packaging/handling charge.

Pies are shipped frozen from November 1st through March 31st. Pies are available year round in our market.

Discounts:
Orders with a dollar value between

$400.00 and $1,499.99 receive a 3% discount
$1,500.00 and $2,499.99 receive a 5% discount.
$2,500.00 and $4,999.99 receive a 7% discount
$5,000.00 and over receive a 10% discount

The discount is only applied to product not to any shipping charge or packaging/handling charge.

Gift Certificates:
Are available in $5.00 increments and are mailed free of charge through the United States Post Office.

Gift Messages:
If you are including a message, please do not forget to include a signature. It's the only way your recipient will know who sent the package.
