Free UPS Ground Shipping
We occasionally offer selected items with free UPS Ground shipping. If UPS Second Day or Next Day shipping is required or selected, additional shipping charges will be incurred. By changing your shipping date to Monday or Tuesday you may be able to negate these charges.
Does UPS require a signature for delivery?
UPS does not require any signature upon delivery and will leave the package in a safe place close to the destinations entrance. During the summer months, we advise that you let the recipients know their package delivery date to reduce the time the package may spend outdoors.
Will I receive a confirmation e-mail on my order with tracking information?
Yes you will receive a cofirmation email immediatly after placing your order, and an additional e-mail with a UPS tracking number on the day that your package ships. If you do not receive an e-mail please check your spam or junk folder.
Why must I ship my package via UPS 2nd Day service?
All perishables shipping to Alabama, Florida, Wisconsin and all states west of Illinois, Kentucky and Tennessee will require UPS Second Day shipping. UPS Second Day items can ship Monday through Wednesday.
How long does it take for a package to be delivered to NJ/NY?
Most areas in NJ/NY require 1-2 days to arrive using UPS Ground. Keep in mind that orders shipping Friday to NJ/NY areas may arrive Saturday or Monday. Arrival on Saturday is only guaranteed if shipped with "UPS Next Day Saturday", which is $35.00 in addtion to the cost of ground shipping. UPS will not deliver on Sunday.
Do you ship your pies and donuts?
We ship our 9” Apple, No-Sugar Added Apple, Strawberry Rhubarb and Pecan Pies from November 1st through March 31st
We ship Plain and Powdered Sugar donuts year round. We ship a Cinnamon donut kit includes a dozen plain donuts, Cinnamon sugar & a plastic bag for mixing. The Cinnamon donuts do not ship well with the Cinnamon sugar on them.
Also Pies and Donuts require 2nd Day shipping Georgia, Alabama and Florida at all times.
What fruit do you ship?
We always ship in season apples, pears, navel oranges and in some items red grapefruit. We try to pick the best quality fruit that will with stand a few days in transit. Unfortunately, some summer fruits, such as Nectarines, Blueberries and Blackberries will ripen during shipping and are not shipped.
Will the fruit combination I receive match exact image? For optimal freshness and quality, or due to seasonality, we substitute certain fruits of equal or higher value. Fruit combination may not match exact image.
Why can’t I ship fruit to California, Arizona or Hawaii?
Due to each states agricultural restrictions, fruit cannot be shipped to California, Arizona or Hawaii.
Can my package be delivered the same day it is ordered?
No, we ship all of our packages via UPS and most packages are received within 1-3 business days after shipping.
Do you include a gift message?
Yes your gift message will appear in the message section on the packing slip.
Can I include my own card or item in the basket?
Any items you have, including cards, should be dropped off at the retail store. Message cards can also be mailed to us at the mail order address.

Can I customize my package?
We do not ship custom packages. Custom packages can be made at our retail store please visit the gift basket departmnet for additional information. We allow substitutions for certain like items and, we also offer a varity of add-ons that you can choose from to add or replace cerrtain items with in the standard box. Please call us at 800-624-1893 if you have questions.
Why can’t I have bakery products in the baskets?
It’s a matter of providing adequate packing to prevent our baked goods from damage during shipping.
Is your Bakery Nut Free?
We do offer nut free brownies, but our bakery is not a nut free facility.
Can I be invoiced for my purchase?
We do invoice companies and organizations that have completed a credit application. This does however, take a few days to be approved. If the package must ship ASAP, we can take your order using a credit card. We do not extend credit to individuals.
Can your bakery products be frozen?
All our bakery items contain no preservatives or artificial flavors and for best results, should (with the exception of our cookies) be kept refrigerated or frozen for future use.
Are your products Kosher?
With the exception of fruit, none of our items are Kosher. We suggest you order one of our all fruit boxes or baskets.
When is a good time to order for Christmas?
We can take your Christmas order when you have it ready. Keep in mind that early orders can have their pick of shipping dates. As we take orders the days closest to Christmas get booked.
Can I request a shipping date?
Sure, but keep in mind it will take a few days for the package to arrive.
Is there a discount for large orders?
For all Mail Order Items:
3% discount on orders over $500 to $1,499.99
5% discount on orders $1,500 to $2,499.99
7% discount on orders $2,500 to $4,999.99
10% discount or orders $5,000 to $9,999.99
15% discount on orders over $10,000.00
The discount is only applied to products and not to any shipping charge or package/handling charge
