Shipping Info/Refund Policy
We encourage you to place your orders through our website and contact us through our email@example.com email with any questions/issues. Corporate & large orders should use our long order form, which can be found on our menu above.
Delicious Orchards offers select items with Free Ground Shipping. Not all of our items qualify under this category. The items that do qualify can be found under our “Free Ground Shipping” category.
With “Free Ground Shipping”, Delicious Orchards will pay the Ground Shipping charges. With “Free Ground Shipping”, Delicious Orchards will pay the Ground Shipping charges. If expedited delivery methods are required or selected, like 2nd Day & Next Day Shipping, there will be discounted rates. To see if your recipient address state qualifies, please see the map below. All states outside the Free Ground Shipping Area will require discounted 2nd & Next Day rates.
Because of state regulations, fruit cannot be shipped to Arizona, California or Hawaii.
Depending on its destination, perishable items can ship Monday through Thursday via UPS Ground. Orders must be received before 2:00 pm ET. Perishable items cannot arrive on Sunday or Monday.
If you are shipping to New Jersey, Southern New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Delaware, Washington DC, Eastern Maryland and Eastern Pennsylvania UPS Ground will deliver the package in 1-3 days after it has been shipped. UPS Next Day or Second Day Shipping Is Not Necessary. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-800-624-1893.
Second Day Shipping:
All perishable items shipping to states west of Wisconsin, Illinois, Tennessee and Alabama require UPS Second Day. These packages can ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders must be received before 2:00 pm ET. Orders received after 2:00 pm on Wednesday through Sunday will ship on Monday.
UPS Second Day shipping is also required from mid-May through October for all perishable items shipping to Georgia, Alabama and Florida. These packages can ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders should be received before 2:00 pm ET.
Next Day Shipping:
Next Day Shipping is available for select states.
Perishable packages can be shipped on Friday by UPS Saturday Next Day to arrive on Saturday. Please call us at 1-800-624-1893 for current shipping charges and to place your order. Next Day/Overnight shipping charges plus $10.00 will be charged. Orders must be received before 12:00 pm ET on Friday for Saturday delivery.
Certain frozen items, like our pies, must be shipped in an insulated insulated liner with ice packs. This packaging is different than our retail store to withstand shipping variables and is included in the price.
Corn and Tomatoes:
States that do not allow ground shipping will require that New Jersey Corn and Tomato orders ship via Second Day method. Orders must be received before 12:00 pm ET.
Est: Corn and Tomatoes ship in season from mid-July until late August.
Donuts and Pies:
In addition to the states west of Wisconsin, Illinois, Tennessee and Alabama, 2nd day shipping will be required of all pie and donut orders shipping to Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, and Wisconsin. UPS Second Day Shipping can be done Monday through Wednesday. Please consult the shipping charges chart below.
Pies are shipped frozen from November 1st through March 31st.
Are available in $5.00 increments and are mailed free of charge through the United States Post Office.
If you are including a message, please do not forget to include a signature. It's the only way your recipient will know who the package is from. Your message will appear as you have typed it. Please check your spelling.

Canceling an Order
An order can be canceled anytime up until the ship-date. Delicious Orchards cannot call back a package without incurring large fees from our shipping carrier. All orders are final once shipped.
Delicious Orchards will do its best to make changes to an order before the ship date. However, customers cannot make any changes to an order on the ship-date. No order changes to a ship date, messages or addresses can be made on the ship-date. Delicious Orchards cannot make changes to an address or message without incurring large fees from our shipping carrier. All orders are final once shipped.
When placing an order online, please check over your order total and quantity of packages before clicking "submit". Only click the "submit" button once and wait a moment for your order to process. Clicking "submit" multiple times will result in duplicate orders placed. Please check your confirmation email to ensure you received only 1 and that you entered your order correctly, as Delicious Orchards cannot make changes to an order on the ship date or after packages have already been shipped. Delicious Orchards is not responsible for duplicate orders being shipped.
We ship to all 50 states and the majority of our packages ship via United Parcel Service, from our fulfillment center in Colts Neck, New Jersey. Packages may be selected for Local Delivery by Delicious Orchards. All packages require a street address for delivery and there are no deliveries to PO Boxes. Packages will be left without a signature. You may want to notify your recipient a package is being delivered.

Refunds or Complimentary Packages:
If a gift box is heavily damaged or delayed to a degree in which our product would not meet our standards, Delicious Orchards will refund the billing customer or send a second package to the recipient. If your gift box was damaged, we ask that you provide pictures in order for us to file a claim with our carrier.
- The billing customer will be given the opportunity to choose between either a refund or complimentary package. Delicious Orchards will send only 1 complimentary package to the recipient address, at no expense to the billing customer. After a complimentary package is sent, a refund is no longer an option.
*Missing or damaged packages will need to be reported within 7 days after the scheduled delivery date to be eligible for a complimentary package or refund.
* Delicious Orchards Customer Service will work with the recipient of a gift package if there is only minor/partial damage or issue.
- Our bakery products do not have preservatives and some are shipped frozen to preserve the freshness during transit. Please be aware that our bakery products may arrive still frozen and will need to be defrosted or warmed for consumption (we include heating instructions in the box). Bakery products can also be frozen to enjoy later.
- Our fruit is hand sorted and inspected for each gift box. Fruit may have minor imperfections on the inside/outside.
- A gift package that cannot be delivered by our carrier due to an incorrect recipient address or due to missing information cannot be refunded. Delicious Orchards is charged with another return package ground shipping fee by our carrier. We will dispose of the package due to the perishability of our product and the amount of time the package has been in transit.
Re-sending a Gift Box due to wrong address or missing information:
- If you would like to resend a package to the correct address, you will be responsible for the full cost of the new package.
- As a courtesy, Delicious Orchards will offer a 10% discount off the price of the new box.
